CaseBattle is owned and operated by Nameless Ltd, registered under number 3-102-906507, with an office located at Av. Pastor Diaz, Provincia de Puntarenas, Jaco, 61101, Costa Rica. Nameless Ltd holds a Gaming Anjouan legal license under number ALSI-202408018-FI1. Payments are handled by Lannister Tech Ltd, registered under number HE 464825, with an address at Veroias 11, 2nd floor, Flat/Office 203, Strovolos, 2023, Nicosia, Cyprus.


Thank you for reviewing these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms of Use," "Terms," or "Agreement"). CaseBattle ("We," "Us," "Our") offers services through our website, https://casebattle.com/ (the "Website") and related systems, including the vault feature and game interactions. These Terms govern your use of the CaseBattle platform and outline both what we expect from you as a user ("You," "Your," "User," or "Users") and what you can expect from us.


By accessing or using the Website and its services, you acknowledge that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the platform. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any modifications or updates to these Terms.


1. Acceptance of Terms

Continued use of the platform after changes means that you accept those changes. If you do not agree, your remedy is to stop using the platform.


2. Country Restrictions

3. Age Restriction


CaseBattle is strictly intended for users aged 18 and older. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority as defined by your jurisdiction.


No person under the age of 18 may provide information to, or engage with, CaseBattle in any way. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years old. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any personal details on this website. If we discover that we have unknowingly collected information from an underage user, we will take steps to delete that data. 4. Account Creation and Usage


Each user is limited to creating only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of all related accounts. CaseBattle reserves the right to refuse or revoke access to the platform at its sole discretion.


You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please contact our support team immediately. CaseBattle is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access unless you have informed us of the breach in advance.


5. Results and Winners


All contest results and winner determinations on CaseBattle are powered by a provably fair system that ensures transparency and traceability. Every game outcome can be independently verified by users, guaranteeing fairness and integrity across the platform.


Because of these robust, verifiable systems, all game outcomes are final, and CaseBattle has no need to manually intervene in determining results. However, in rare cases of technical issues or errors outside the scope of the fair systems in place, CaseBattle reserves the right to make adjustments. In such cases, any corrections will be fully transparent.


We may deny or revoke a user's participation in any contest for any reason, particularly if there is evidence of abuse or illegal activity. If we determine that there has been improper behavior, fraudulent actions, or any form of misconduct, we reserve the right to suspend, disqualify, or ban the user involved.



By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to resolve disputes through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. This means that disputes will not be settled by a judge or jury, and you waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits. Arbitration will take place on an individual basis only.


If you are found in violation of any of these Terms, CaseBattle reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, forfeit your participation in games, and void any winnings. CaseBattle is not liable for any legal consequences arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts online gaming.


7. Intellectual Property


All content, features, and materials on the CaseBattle platform are the intellectual property of CaseBattle and its licensors. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content without our explicit permission.


8. Customer Support and Refunds


For any questions or issues, you can reach out to CaseBattle's live support team, where moderators are available to assist with any problems or concerns. CaseBattle does not offer refunds once virtual credits are purchased and assigned to your account.


If disputes arise regarding your transactions or account activities, please contact CaseBattle support. While CaseBattle will attempt to resolve any issues, refunds or cancellations are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


9. Vault System


The Vault System on CaseBattle allows users to manage their balance securely.


10. Wallet and Balance


Users can add funds to their CaseBattle Wallet in the form of platform-specific virtual credits. These credits are used exclusively for participating in games and activities on CaseBattle, and they hold no real-money value outside of the platform.


Please note that credits purchased or earned on CaseBattle are non-refundable once they have been added to your Wallet and confirmed. These virtual items are intended solely for in-platform use, allowing users to engage in the various games and features offered on the Website.


11. Payments


CaseBattle processes all financial transactions through third-party payment systems, which handle deposits and withdrawals for users. While we do not disclose the specific payment processors here, you can rest assured that they meet industry standards for security and compliance. Payments and withdrawals related to items, tokens, or other virtual assets traded via the platform are facilitated through trusted external systems.

12. Browsers and Equipment


By using CaseBattle, you acknowledge that we may stop supporting certain web browsers at any time. To continue using CaseBattle, you may need to install and use a browser that we support. Additionally, your experience on CaseBattle will depend on the performance of your device and internet connection, and you are responsible for any fees, such as internet or data usage fees, that you may incur while accessing the platform.


You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password. If you believe your account has been compromised, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately. Any activity that occurs under your account is solely your responsibility, whether performed by you or someone else.


13. Contests and Features


CaseBattle offers a variety of games, contests, and special features for users to participate in, each providing opportunities to win prizes. The structure, rules, and scoring may vary from game to game. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any contest or feature at our sole discretion, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the rules for each game before participating. Failing to adhere to the rules may result in disqualification or suspension of your account.


Winners are determined based on each game's specific guidelines, and our decision on contest results is final.


14. Contest Prizes and Taxes


Prizes awarded through games and contests may take different forms, depending on the specific event. CaseBattle does not allow the substitution or transfer of prizes, and all prizes are awarded as is, with no warranties implied or expressed. In cases where legal authorities challenge a prize award, CaseBattle reserves the right to modify, revoke, or cancel the prize.


Mistakenly awarded prizes remain the property of CaseBattle and may be withdrawn at any time. In the event that you receive and withdraw an incorrect prize, you will owe CaseBattle the value of the erroneously attributed winnings. Contests may be canceled or modified at our discretion.


15. Eligibility and Taxes


To claim certain prizes, you may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a liability release, or applicable tax forms within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize. If the prize notification is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, CaseBattle may choose to award the prize to another participant.


You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with the receipt of a prize.


16. Prohibited Conduct


By using CaseBattle, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:


  • Providing false information during account creation or contest participation.
  • Using scripts, third-party programs, or automated means to accumulate rewards.
  • Engaging in financial fraud, including unauthorized use of payment methods.
  • Collaborating with others to manipulate contest outcomes.
  • Violating contest rules or the platform's terms.
  • Tampering with the platform's systems or security measures.
  • Falsifying personal or payment information.
  • Spamming or harassing other users.
  • Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to CaseBattle systems.
  • Using CaseBattle for purposes other than its intended use.
  • Engaging in any abusive behavior, including exploiting reward systems.


Users found to be in violation of these rules may face account suspension, disqualification from contests, or termination of their account. Additionally, CaseBattle reserves the right to take further legal action if deemed necessary.


17. Termination


CaseBattle reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our platform and services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms of Service.


Certain provisions within these Terms, by their nature, will continue to remain in effect even after termination, such as clauses related to ownership rights, disclaimers, indemnifications, and limitations on liability.


Your account can also be suspended or terminated immediately for any breach of these Terms, with no prior notice required. If your account is terminated, your right to access and use CaseBattle will be revoked instantly. Accounts that have been inactive for more than 180 days may also be subject to suspension or termination at our discretion. Upon termination or cancellation of an account, users will lose access to all associated content and may forfeit their username. Additionally, if your account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, CaseBattle reserves the right to apply any remaining funds toward administrative costs related to enforcing these rules.

CaseBattle reserves the right, but does not have the obligation, to monitor, edit, disclose, or remove content posted on the platform at any time for any reason, at our sole discretion. While we aim to maintain a safe environment, we cannot review every piece of content submitted to the website. If we are notified of content that potentially violates our Terms, we may investigate and decide whether to remove it.


In cases of copyright infringement, CaseBattle may terminate access to users who infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted material has been used without your permission on CaseBattle, you can notify us by providing the following information as required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA):


  • A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

22. CaseBattle Wallet


By adding funds to your CaseBattle wallet, you agree that the credits you receive hold no real monetary value and are strictly for in-platform use. These credits are non-refundable, and once the transaction is confirmed, no refunds will be issued.


23. Returns and Refunds Policy


We do not offer refunds for digital products once an order has been confirmed and the product has been delivered. If you encounter any issues in receiving or using our products, we encourage you to contact us for support. 24. UI and Interface Errors


Any glitches or manipulations in the user interface do not entitle users to specific items. All outcomes on CaseBattle are determined by our provably fair system, which ensures transparency and fairness. Users agree that results generated by this system are final, and any user interface errors do not grant the user the right to claim an item.


25. Governing Law and Disputes


Any questions or disputes regarding the construction, validity, enforcement, or interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. Any legal matters arising from the use of CaseBattle will also be resolved under the applicable laws of Cyprus.


26. Limited License


We grant all Users a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable personal license to access and use CaseBattle for private, non-commercial purposes on a single computer or mobile device. Additionally, we provide a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable personal license for access to CaseBattle's paid features and upgrades. Please note that this license does not transfer ownership or title of any part of CaseBattle. CaseBattle, along with its licensors and service providers, retains all ownership rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.


Users agree not to copy, distribute, or allow unauthorized access to CaseBattle. Specifically, Users are prohibited from:


  • Copying CaseBattle, except where explicitly allowed by the license.
  • Modifying, translating, or creating derivative works of CaseBattle.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, disassemble, or gain access to CaseBattle's source code.
  • Removing, altering, or obscuring trademarks, copyrights, or other proprietary rights notices from CaseBattle.

Users may not, unless expressly permitted by this Agreement:


  • Reproduce, modify, or distribute any material from CaseBattle.
  • Reprint or electronically reproduce content from CaseBattle.
  • Provide copyrighted or proprietary content to CaseBattle without permission from the owner.
  • Delete or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices from content on CaseBattle.
  • Use any part of CaseBattle or its content for commercial purposes.


Any unauthorized copying, modifying, or distributing of content from CaseBattle may result in the termination of a User's account and/or legal action.


CaseBattle owns or may register trademarks associated with its goods and services, including logos and graphics. These trademarks may not be used without prior written consent from CaseBattle.


28. Rights of Publicity


By participating in CaseBattle, you grant permission for CaseBattle to use your username, statements, biographical information, and location (city and state) for promotional purposes. This includes using your information for advertising CaseBattle contests and activities, worldwide and in perpetuity, across all forms of media without compensation or prior approval, unless otherwise prohibited by law. CaseBattle reserves the right to announce winners and make public statements regarding contests at any time.


Any comments, feedback, or suggestions ("Ideas") submitted to CaseBattle become the exclusive property of CaseBattle. CaseBattle is free to use, sell, exploit, and disclose these Ideas without restriction and without compensating you.


29. Conduct on Service


Users must not engage in illegal activity or violate these Terms while using CaseBattle. Specifically, Users agree not to:


  • Engage in any illegal activities, including gambling.
  • Post content that is defamatory, offensive, obscene, or otherwise illegal.
  • Threaten, harass, or intimidate other Users.
  • Send unsolicited emails or spam to Users.
  • Upload viruses or other harmful code to the platform.
  • Use bots or other automated means to access or manipulate CaseBattle.
  • Misuse CaseBattle's support system or make false claims.
  • Create more than one account.
  • Transfer or sell an account or its associated features.
  • Engage in activities that violate the spirit of this Agreement.


Any violations of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of the account, legal action, or other measures. If you witness inappropriate conduct or a violation of these Terms, you can report it by sending evidence to contact@casebattle.com.


30. Limitations on Warranty and Liability


Users acknowledge that CaseBattle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CaseBattle does not guarantee uninterrupted service, freedom from errors, or the absence of harmful elements like viruses or malware. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CaseBattle disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.


CaseBattle does not make any representations or guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or services provided through the platform. Opinions, views, and statements posted by third parties are not endorsed by CaseBattle.


CaseBattle and its providers do not guarantee continuous access to the platform. You agree that CaseBattle and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. In any case, CaseBattle's liability will be limited to the amount you have paid for services on the platform.


Certain jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of warranties or limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to some Users.


31. Service and Maintenance


CaseBattle conducts regular maintenance to ensure the platform's security and integrity. During these periods, some or all of the platform's features may be unavailable. CaseBattle may modify or discontinue certain features without prior notice and without liability. Any issues encountered during maintenance or otherwise can be reported to contact@casebattle.com.


32. Disputes


In the event of a dispute between CaseBattle and a User, both parties will first attempt to resolve the issue amicably within 30 days. If no resolution is reached, either party may seek legal recourse in the courts of Cyprus, which will have exclusive jurisdiction over the dispute.


Any unresolved disputes will be settled through binding arbitration. By agreeing to arbitration, you waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Arbitration will proceed individually, not as part of any collective or consolidated proceedings.


33. Withdrawal Rules


Credits must be fully wagered before they can be withdrawn in the form of prizes or cryptocurrency. Withdrawals are only allowed for the end user, not third parties. Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures are mandatory for crypto withdrawals originating from fiat deposits.


34. General Provisions


No joint venture, partnership, or agency relationship exists between Users and CaseBattle. Users agree not to represent themselves as agents or employees of CaseBattle. Additionally, this Agreement does not confer any third-party beneficiary rights.


CaseBattle may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement without the User's consent. Users may not assign or delegate their rights without prior written permission from CaseBattle.


CaseBattle is not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond its control, such as acts of God, war, terrorism, network failures, or strikes.


Failure by CaseBattle to enforce any rights under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of those rights. If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, it will be modified to reflect the intent of the parties, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.


These Terms represent the entire agreement between CaseBattle and Users, superseding all previous agreements. Any waiver or modification must be in writing and signed by CaseBattle.
